Genshiken ITB is a student activity group in Bandung Institute of Technology. The name was taken from a famous manga-based anime written by Kio Shimoku. The group was founded at 2005 by some students who care about modern visual culture development in Indonesia. Its current main activities are anime-fansubbing, mangascanlating, costume making, game making, and music playing. Its main goals are to socialize and develop modern visual culture in Indonesia.
